If the order is canceled at the time of stay less than 45 days (inclusive) before the arrival mentioned in the voucher, or in a written order, the cancellation fee amount equal to 15% of the total price.

If order is canceled at the time of stay from 10 to 45 days (inclusive) before the arrival mentioned in the voucher, the cancellation fee amount equal to 50% of the total price.

If the order is canceled at the time of stay from 10 days before the date of arrival specified in the voucher to the date of onset (inclusive), respectively. if there is no entry in this day ever, the cancellation fee amount equal to 100% of the total price.

Cancellation of an order of stay can be done by the customer and landlords only in writing. The day of the stay order cancellation shall be the date when the notice served on the Landlord, respectively. the customer.

In the event of early termination or interruption of stay without fault of the landlord there is no obligation to reimburse the cost of stay, or its proportion. The landlord may, however, with regard to particularly serious reasons to proceed differently from this provision.

If the conditions for returning demonstrably prepayments (resp. Its proportion), the landlord shall return it within 45 days from the day when the start of the period for repayment (ie. The receipt of the written order cancellation accommodation).
